1. What platform will my website be built on?
Squarespace is our-go to platform because it’s user-friendly and easier for our clients to update as their practices grow. Plus, you won’t need to spend $500-$1K/yr in maintenance fees.
2. Do I need to write my own website copy or do you include that?
Only if you want to. It's included in some packages, but if you'd rather write your own, we've got you covered with page-by-page, section-by-section outlines to give you a strong starting point.
3. Can I add more pages later?
Absolutely. The site we create is a strong structure from which you can expand as much as you want to.
4. Will my website be optimized for Google, ChatGPT, and Claude?
Every website package includes basic SEO and AI search setup to help your site show up on Google & AI. Placement is not guaranteed. Advanced SEO & AI Search Optimization is an add-on service that will pay off over time, but is well worth the investment if you’re playing the long game
5. How does payment work and what does it include?
We request 50% to start + 50% 30 days later. We complete the majority of your site in the first 2 weeks. If you need a 4- or 6-month payment plan, just ask.
5. Do I own my website when it’s complete?
Yes. It’s 100% yours. No long-term commitment or fees with Up Designs.
