About Owner Kate Newnham
Education
In 2018, I earned a certification from Cornell University in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, a transformative experience that deepened my understanding of health, integrative care, and the future of wellness.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from Manhattanville College in New York. Since then, I’ve lived in Connecticut, New York, Tennessee, and Chicago, and now happily call Rancho Palos Verdes, California home. Heaven!
Career
For 15 years before I started Up Designs, LLC, I led marketing accounts and creative teams at People, TIME, Aol, SPIN, UPROXX and more, developing innovative, revenue-generating digital strategies for elite brands including Microsoft, Intel, Sony Pictures, Gap, Best Buy, Unilever, VISA, Warner Bros., Kraft, J&J and many more. Resulting in MILLIONS of dollars in revenue. These experiences now shape how I approach web design for health practitioners, especially functional and integrative medicine experts.
