1. What platform will my website be built on, and will I own it after?

Squarespace is our-go to platform for 3 reasons: you own it when it’s complete, it’s user-friendly enough for you to update as your practice grows, and there aren’t any maintenance fees beyond your Squarespace subscription (saving you $500-$1K/year) unlike Wordpress. Use that for your marketing instead!

2. Do I write my own website copy?

Only if you want to. Complete copywriting is included in our THRIVE website package, but if you'd rather write your own, we provide step-by-step AI prompts and an outline of exactly what we need from you to make your website successful.

3. Can I add more pages later?

Absolutely. The site we create is a strong structure from which you can expand as much as you want, with or without our help. This will be part of the training you receive when we launch your website.

4. Will my website be optimized for search engines (Google, ChatGPT)?

Every website package includes basic SEO & GEO (AI search) setup so clients can find you in search. Rankings aren't guaranteed and results build over time with consistent attention. Want better results faster? Add advanced SEO & GEO (see Website Services page)

5. How does payment work?

We request 50% up front + 50% 30 days later. We do the heavy lifting as soon as your project begins. If you need a payment plan, ask us.

6. Will a redesign hurt my current Google rankings?

This is a common fear among established practices, and not completely unfounded. Google IS finicky. Any redirects to new pages could change your rankings. We have workarounds that we’ll go into if you have a high-ranking website pages, and this is a concern.
